About Me
I’m a Marketing and Information Systems senior shaping my career at the intersection of data, creativity, and strategy. I’m aiming toward product or brand management, with a strong interest in marketing analytics. These specific fields interest me because I love solving problems that blend creativity with technology.
One example of problem solving, was when I built a custom screen flow in Salesforce that automated the use of email templates. I have even generated real results: a 40% sales increase at my campus café in one school year, plus a social video that reached over 138k people.
I love transforming insights into action, elevating customer experiences, and building brands people care about.
Education
University of Illinois Urbana - Champaign, Gies College of Business
Bachelors in Science in Marketing & Information Systems
Expected Graduation: May 2026
Double majoring in Marketing and Information Systems has given me a blend of analytical and creative skills. I’ve gained hands-on experience with SQL, SPSS, and Python, using these tools to run linear regression analyses that explored how specific product attributes influence customer purchase preferences. In a consulting course, my team and I developed a full marketing strategy for a B2B translation company, integrating market research, competitive analysis, and actionable recommendations. Overall, I’m excited to continue applying and expanding the technical, strategic, and problem-solving skills I’ve built throughout my studies.
Rock Valley Community College
Associates of Arts
2021-2023
Pursuing an arts degree strengthened my ability to conduct in-depth research using academic journals, documentaries, and scholarly books. This foundation in critical inquiry translated into extensive writing experience, including a 12-page meta-analysis exploring the potential relationship between authoritarian parenting and childhood depression.
Experience
Sinclaire's Coffee
Marketing Director & Lead Barista/Manager
January 2024-Today
I led marketing and operations for a campus café, creating weekly TikTok and Instagram content and developing an authenticity-focused social strategy that produced high engagement. I executed targeted marketing efforts that increased sales by 40% and conducted research to guide promotions. I also planned events with campus organizations, launched seasonal drink campaigns, designed a WordPress website, and supported the opening of a second café location. Alongside marketing, I managed scheduling, training, operations, and helped foster a positive, community-oriented customer and employee experience.
SpartanNash
B2B/Salesforce IT Intern
May 2025-August 2025
As an IT intern at SpartanNash, I developed my Salesforce skills exponentially. I built a dynamic email screen flow that saves 260 hours annually and developed use case diagrams to clarify how systems and users interact within Salesforce. I gathered previously unknown requirements, set SMART goals for my team, and mapped Snowflake data fields for MuleSoft integration. Additionally, I queried Snowflake using SQL to identify valid data and support accurate Salesforce configuration.
